The hot pools were perfect for the family, and we loved the adventure of biking through the beautiful forest trails. It's a fantastic spot for both relaxation and fun family activities, making it a memorable getaway.

My kids wished for more outdoor play areas nearby.

Had a fantastic stay here! the apartment was super spacious and beautifully designed, with amazing views and plenty of sunlight on the deck. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with local tips on attractions and dining options. We loved the cleanliness throughout and having laundry facilities made it so convenient. the location couldn't be better, just a few minutes' stroll to the heart of Hanmer, where all the shops and hot pools are.

Only a couple of minor things to mention. the couch could use a little more comfort, and perhaps adding a few extra lamps would brighten up some corners.

Had an enjoyable stay for a comfortable weekend getaway, glad I've chosen it. The location was magnificent, close to the township, convenient to go everywhere. It was also not far from the local attractions, restaurants and events, boutique shops, and the tiled areas.

The breakfast had a great selection of amazing food and drinks.

The location was marvellous, near to shops, Thermal Pools and all that Hanmer Springs has to offer. the local attractions and shops, restaurants and the pools, in a pretty comfortable area. - It was next to Church of the Epiphany and 400 metres away from Majuba Gallery.

The hotel is wonderful. the staff is welcoming. the room is reasonably large and family-friendly. the location is great and lovely. It is not far from lovely Hanmer Springs, town center, Restaurants and spa. Every time in Hanmer Springs, I choose this place. Just a little pricey but Hamner is a very touristy place.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a friendly and most obliging host who went out of his way to explain things and show us around our room. The room was so nice and had all the little touches one would see at home. We wished we had stayed for longer and will definately bring our children next time. We will be recommending this establishment as the place to stay for anyone travelling to Hanmer Springs.

I always return here for holidays because it suits me perfectly. the staff gave me great travel tips during my first stay. With wi-fi, free parking, and laundry, I have everything I need for a comfortable experience.

I enjoyed the comfy apartments with plenty of space and sky television to watch world cup rugby while the children have plenty of things to do in Hamner. I enjoy the walks around the park-like grounds and the fact that the mature trees in the reserves are being looked after by the council. The apartment is in the middle of a pretty environment.

Price was expensive.

The stay was fantastic, the room was well-appointed with a half bathroom and essential amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and a microwave, making it a comfortable weekend getaway.

Lovely new apartments close to everything in town. Set in lovely grounds.

Just a minor hassle and it wouldn't make me not want to stay, but there can be a lack of parking in allocated bays. Car bays should be allocated to each apartment (and numbered) to match the apartment number. As they are apartments if more than one "couple" have booked an apartment and both couples arrive in separate cars and park in the complex, no other spaces are available and you need to park on the street.

The breakfast options were delightful, and the free on-site parking was fantastic.

This family-friendly unit features a charming gas fireplace, competent staff, and a convenient location close to the center of town, shops, restaurants.
