A cozy stay with delightful views

Relaxing evenings on the balcony were accompanied by breathtaking sunsets. The apartment was well-equipped, and the staff's friendliness made us feel right at home.

However, the bathroom doors had a slight issue closing completely, which we reported—not a dealbreaker, but something that needs attention.

We were promised a lake view but received a room with no view at all. After complaining, we were moved to another apartment with only a partial view. This misleading advertising was really disappointing, as the lake view was a major selling point for our stay. Additionally, some lights in the room were not working properly, which added to our frustration.

This was just a prime choice for a transient stop in Hanmer Springs with very good value for money. Loved the underfloor heating which made the apartment extra cozy. For a shortcut to the local shops, take the back path.

Enjoying the stunning views of the lake while having breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms added luxury to our stay. However, the extractor fans were quite noisy, and there were minor maintenance issues that we meant to report but forgot amidst our plans for another visit.
